The Worship Leader/Associate Pastor at WFMC would have the opportunity to partner with the Senior Pastor to advance the gospel in our community and world. This position would highly value creativity and passion within a remarkable environment of love and elite excellence. As with all ministry positions, roles and responsibilities would flex with the growth of the church, but primary job responsibilities would include co-leading Sunday morning worship, coordinating Sunday services, media & technology management, administrative tasks, and pastoral care. As a member of the staff at WFMC, this individual would be able to grow in personal ministry passions as well as play an instrumental role in fostering a vibrant, powerful church body.
